Job details (main responsibilities):
To collect, understand and transmit the business requirements for the paperless department.
To analyse and document business processes.
To recommend improvements to workflows.
To produce functional specifications.
To design and execute user and system test scenarios.
To manage department’s data repository day to day.
To manage existing Business Intelligence system and continual development planning.
Experience requirements:
Evidence of analysing and documenting business processes.
Experienced of writing requirements spec’s for Online information systems.
Experience of data analysis using relevant tools.
Formal report writing and data summarisation experience.
Personal characteristics:
Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical ability and results oriented.
Enthusiastic and positive approach to resolving challenges.
Able to work independently.
