Nisa-Today’s Appoints HR Manager

Nisa-Today’s has appointed Deborah Broddle as its first Human Resources manager.
A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) trained professional, Deborah joins the group with 16 years experience in personnel and human resources management, having previously held positions across a range of leading brands including MFI and Clugston Construction. Most recently, Deborah worked for global steel wire and fencing manufacturer Betafence Limited, where she was responsible for managing all human resources activities across three manufacturing sites, representing 500 employees and being accountable to the European Head Office. Deborah is also a corporate member of the CIPD and speaks fluent Spanish and French.
In her new role, Deborah will implement the group’s human resources strategy, delivering a series of wide-ranging initiatives to meet the needs of the company and its employees. She will also work closely with directors and senior managers to embed a culture of human resource excellence within the company.
