Karen Hutchinson, category controller. Length of service 4 years

"My career at Nisa Today’s began in January 2005 when I was offered the position of category assistant for the homecare, laundry and paperware category.

After being in this position for three years I was then offered the opportunity to become a category controller. In January 2008 I was made responsible for the spreads and preserves category, alongside working as an assistant on soft drinks. In May 2008, I was given full category responsibilities and took on cooking & baking, oils and snack meals as well as the spreads and preserves category. Finally, in April 2009, I was promoted to category controller."
